ARTP Strategic Plan - Update from the ARTP Honorary Chair & Vice Chair

At the National Strategy Day in November last year, Matt and I presented the outline of the first ever ARTP Strategy. This strategy aims to provide ARTP with a framework for defining clear goals and objectives for the Board, unify the work being done by the committees towards common aims, and set forth long-term development plans to ensure a sustainable future for the ARTP.
 
We are delighted to be able to share a copy of the strategy document with you. This document outlines our objectives according to the four strategic pillars of education, workforce, quality and innovation. It also lists the key performance indicators that we will work towards over the next four years and how we will measure our success against this strategy.
 
Updates will be provided throughout the course of the year, at the AGM and also National Strategy Day meetings as well as through member communications.
