Spirometry Register Renewal Fee Reduction 2025

We are writing to inform you of an upcoming change to the annual renewal fee for the National Spirometry Register.
 
From 3rd November 2025, the renewal fee will be reduced from £40 to £35. This change has been made possible by bringing the register management in-house, which has allowed ARTP to reduce operational costs previously associated with hosting the register externally.

Please note that:

This reduced fee only applies to renewals made on or after 3rd November 2025.
 

We appreciate that some individuals may have recently renewed at the £40 rate, however, we are unable to apply this change retrospectively.
 

The late renewal fee of £10 will remain unchanged.
