AirCurve PaceWave ASV Device Training is a 2-hour virtual session with a member of the Resmed Clinical Team, for healthcare professionals.
The following topics are covered within the training.
- Normal breathing, central events and the apnoeic threshold
- Central & complex Central sleep apnoea, Cheyne Stokes Respiration
- When to treat CSA/CSR?
- Aircurve 10 CS Pacewave (ASV) algorithm: Indications & contraindications for use; Response to flow limitation; Response to central apnoea; AutoEPAP and response to obstructive apnoea; Synchronisation with breath phase mapping
- Setting up ASV or AutoASV
- Case Study
