This Respiratory Clinical Research Training Day is a full-day meeting in Birmingham, jointly hosted by BTS, ACPRC, ARNS and ARTP.
This event is specifically for nurses, physiotherapists, healthcare scientists, pharmacists and other members of the multidisciplinary respiratory team who are interested in becoming involved in respiratory research. It is not suitable for those already registered for a PhD.
The faculty of friendly and approachable clinical academics will explore in small groups:

- What research area is best for you
- How to develop a stellar CV/PhD application
You will hear from colleagues at the start of their research careers, as well as those with established international research portfolios, giving you a realistic and inspiring picture of what a research career can look like. The programme includes plenty of time for discussion and networking.
This training day is open to non members as well as BTS members. The expectation is that applicants will be a member of either BTS, ACPRC, ARNS or ARTP. If not, please confirm this in the application form.
