DESCRIPTION:ARTP is pleased to launch the 2nd Breathlessness Special Interest Group (SIG). This forum is intended to support ARTP members involved in the development, delivery, or future planning of breathlessness diagnostic pathways.\n\nDate & Time\nThis meeting will be held online on Monday 9 November 2026 at 12.00 - 14.00.\n\nPurpose of the SIG\nThis session will bring together Clinical Scientists and Respiratory Physiologists with a shared interest in breathlessness pathways, providing an opportunity to:\n\nGetting started – Pathway design and starting pointsBarriers to implementing the servicesWhat works well and what doesn’tOverview of the servicesWho should attend\nARTP members, who are:\n\nWorking within established breathlessness diagnostic pathwaysPlanning or commissioning a breathlessness serviceInterested in pathway design, triage processes, and test selectionCost\nFree for ARTP Members\n\nSession programme\nThe SIG meeting will include presentations from:\n\nAndrew PritchardJoanna PurvisClaire FrancisFrankie ClavaudThe session will be Chaired by Dr Helen Ward, Respiratory and Acute Medicine Consultant and Clinical Lead for the National Breathlessness NHSE Elective Care Pathway Workstream. \n\nA 30-minute facilitated discussion and Q&A will follow the presentations.\n\nQuestions in advance\nMembers are encouraged to submit questions or topics for consideration ahead of the meeting to help inform discussion and ensure the session addresses current service priorities. You may submit these questions as part of the registration process.\n\n
